Family Connect Life is an Assisted Living Program committed to helping the geriatric population stay independent. We provide personalized services, assistance with activities of daily living and more extensive services when needed. Our goal is to encourage and assist the geriatric individual lead healthy, happy and self-directed lives. Our credential staff will help set up the services that are right for you. If your needs should change additional assisted living support for special needs can be provided by a simple assessment and review.
